Ameela Under Eye and Face

Injectable bio-stimulators that kickstarts regeneration in the skin. It is a natural way to improve skin and tissues on a cellular level. The stretchy molecules are made from fragments of fish that mirror human DNA. Polynucleotides boost collagen and elastin by up-regulating the fibroblast cells, as well as improving tissue regeneration and restoring skin tone and elasticity. It has an antioxidant and hydrating effect in addition to the bio-remodelling, therefore resulting in skin that looks and feels healthier.

Brands include Ameela Nucleofill, Pluryal Silk, and Mastelli. We will always ask your preference of brand but we will advise based on the individual needs and requirements of each client.

First treatment 2-3 sessions two weekly with results lasting 6-8 months.

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid (HA), injected under the skin and/or the muscle to restore volume loss. Dermal fillers are usually mixed with lidocaine (an anesthetic) to reduce pain and discomfort during treatment. As HA is naturally produced within the body, allergic reactions are extremely rare. Topical lidocaine is applied, prior to treatment, which would detect an allergy to the anesthetic prior to injecting. HA is hydrophilic, meaning it binds to water molecules and expands within the tissue; drinking water post treatment is vital for improved results. HA fillers last between 6-18 months. Longevity depends on the thickness of the dermal filler, heat exposure, metabolism and lifestyle. Client results with HA fillers are instant with minimal down-time. Whilst swelling and mild bruising is common, the procedure is regarded as non-invasive. There are many brands of HA filler, we believe only injecting products we have thoroughly researched, are CE approved, purchased through pharmacies and have been tested and injected into our faces, should be injected into yours. If you have a brand you prefer you can let us know and we can order that in for you (additional costs may apply).

Treatments areas using dermal (HA) filler include the non-surgical rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, tear through, temple hollows, glabella, forehead, supraorbital rejuvenation, brow-lift, jawline, chin.

Anti-wrinkle/Toxin Treatments’ are prescription medications using Botulinum Toxin Type A. As an anti-wrinkle treatment Botulinum Toxin Type A is injected into the muscle to block the signal between the motor cells thus reducing the ability for the muscle to contract. Botulinum Toxin Type A is effective between 2-14 days post injection and lasts approximately 12 weeks (for facial muscles), 9 months for teeth grinding and underarm sweating.

TREATMENT AREAS Using Botulinum Toxin Type A include Underarm (for sweating), Trapezius, Masseter, brow-lift, lip flip, frown lines, crows feet, forehead lines, bunny lines, gummy smile, marionette lines, chin dimples (orange peel chin), smokers lines, jelly rolls (under eye).

CINCELAR+, is the most potent and effective fat dissolving product available. Fat dissolving is the non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin and provides a skin tightening effect. Lumi Eyes uses polynucleotides to diminishes dark under eye circles, moisturises and fights fine wrinkles. It will smooth and lift the skin under the eyes.

The effect is visible after the first treatment.

E-Light Machine: IPL and Radio Frequency

The machine uses E-Light IPL. This has many advantages including skin contact cooling which makes the treatment more comfortable, enabling better results, and having a skin rejuvenation effect on the skin.

This advanced combination proves effective even when other systems may fail, it works by radio frequency reaching specific areas of the hair bulb, as opposed to the surrounding area. At the same time the cooling system provided by equipment minimizes any type of discomfort.

Using this system hair loss can be seen as soon as one session. The treatment works on the growing phase only. These hairs will typically fall out in the days and weeks that follow each treatment. Other hairs will continue to grow, but will be targeted in the next session.

How many treatments are required: 6-8

The number of sessions required depends on the type of hair, hair density and the area to be treated, in addition to the sensitivity of your skin and overall response of your body to the treatment. In most cases no more than 6-8 sessions are required, however this is decided on a case by case basis and lighter hair can take longer.

A top up session every 12 months may be required as it is a hair reduction as opposed to complete removal treatment.

How to prepare for a session: Avoid any chemical peels on treated area.

Shave your hair one day prior to treatment

Do NOT fake tan or sunbathe

Ensure your skin condition is healthy and no contagious skin conditions such as herpes, including cold sores are present.

Aftercare: Please do not pluck or wax any hair on the area treated, this will disrupt the process and may lead to stimulation of the hair follicle, sparking regrowth.

Exfoliate the area once any redness subsides, circa one or two weeks after treatment.

Avoid hot showers or baths for 48 hours post treatment.

Avoid wearing any tight clothes for 3 days.

Should any pigmentation or discolouration occur, apply vitamin E to soothe the skin

Avoid direct sunlight for at least 2 - 4 weeks post treatment

For facial hair removal, please avoid all makeup that is not mineral based within the first 48 hours.

Do not use deodorant for 3 days post treatment to avoid irritation.

Avoid strenuous exercise, gym or sane for 24-48 hours post treatment

Please do not scratch the area, as this may cause scarring
