Our director Rebecca is a highly experienced with over 15 years as an HCPC-registered Paramedic and now an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber, currently working, alongside her role as Director, in General Practice with a focus on broadening her expertise in prescribing and urgent/non-emergency care. With an extensive background in frontline emergency services—including ambulance, fast response vehicle, and 4x4 operations—Rebecca also holds qualifications as both a NARU Operational and Tactical Commander, demonstrating her ability to lead complex, high-pressure clinical situations.
An award-winning Paramedic and entrepreneur, Rebecca is the founder of the multi-award-winning Francis Clinic Ltd. She has trained to masterclass level in aesthetic medicine, and has been recognised by renowned celebrity cosmetic doctor Dr. Zack Ally, who has praised her as a "phenomenal talent."
Rebecca’s previous psychology degree and focus on evolutionary psychology’s theory of attractive faces means her approach to aesthetics combines medical precision with an artistic eye based on the science of attraction, delivering results that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. Her dedication to personalised, patient-centred care ensures every treatment is tailored to bring out the best version of you—with natural yet effective results that speak for themselves.
Dr Charlotte Welsh, Dental Surgeon &

Dr. Charlotte Welsh, is a GDC Registered Dental Surgeon and Toxin Specialist. With a BChD degree from Leeds University, she's an expert in both dental care and aesthetics. Dr. Welsh excels in helping patients achieve their desired results, especially those who may be nervous about needles. She listens attentively to your goals and concerns, delivering natural-looking results safely.
Her extensive experience in Toxin treatments makes her a trusted choice for facial aesthetics, fully dedicated to tailoring treatments to your unique needs.
Claire Burge, Registered Nurse Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Prescriber
She/Her
Claire Burge is an NMC registered nurse, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber. With her expertise further highlighted by her Royal College of Nursing Credential in Advanced Nursing Practice. Within General Practice, Claire specialises in Women's Health Member of the British Menopause Society (BMS), International Menopause Society (IMS), Faculty of Sexual and Reproduction Health (FRSH) and Primary Care Women’s Forum (PCWHF) providing tailored care and support to women and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Claire now manages a team of advanced practitioners across multiple primary care settings, alongside seeing and treating complex patients.
At Francis Clinic, Claire is fully committed to patient well-being and offers a range of services, including Fat Dissolving Injections, Skin Boosting Treatments, B12 injections, and private menopause consultations, via her highly regarded Menopause Clinic.
ANGELA TOBIN, IPL/YAG LAser specialist
Starting her career with a focus on electrolysis, Angela quickly became a specialist in the field, accumulating over 26 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated therapist. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning led her to a natural progression - the realm of laser technology.
Angela pursued advanced training at the prestigious Ray Cochrine Beauty School in London, achieving a Level 4 qualification in laser treatments, specialising in both laser and intense pulse light treatments. This rigorous training ensures that Angela stays at the forefront of the latest techniques and technologies, providing our clients with the best possible care.
Angela is known for her customer-focused approach, understanding that dealing with unwanted excess hair can be a stressful experience, she takes a holistic approach to her clients' well-being. Her caring touch and empathetic nature make the journey of laser treatment a positive and uplifting experience.
